Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for full refund.
• Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
• Cancellation requests should be made through the app or by contacting our support team at support@adbhog.com.

2. Returns

• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered.
• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via the app or by contacting support.
• Perishable goods (like fruits, vegetables, dairy) cannot be returned once accepted, but a refund or replacement will be provided if the item is defective or damaged.
• Non-perishable items may be returned according to instructions provided by our support team.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Partial refunds may be issued in cases of partial order cancellation or discounts applied.

4. Replacement Policy

• In case of damaged or incorrect items, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
• Replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
• We will aim to deliver the replacement as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.

5. Refund & Return Process

1. Report the issue via the Adbhog app or email support@adbhog.com with order details and photos (if applicable).
2. Our support team will verify the request and provide instructions.
3. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
4. For replacements, we will coordinate delivery at the earliest.
